Sales Tax Exemption for Resellers

All approved retail accounts will be asked to provide a valid copy of the organization’s Sales Tax Exemption Certificate in all applicable jurisdictions. Once a valid copy of the organization’s Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is obtained, the retail account will not be assessed any sales tax on wholesale orders to exempt jurisdictions.

Initial wholesale orders placed via the Clove Brand, Inc. B2B website may display sales tax in the subtotal, however, sales tax will be omitted from the final invoice.

If a valid copy of the organization’s Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is not obtained, the retail account will be assessed sales tax on all applicable orders.
