INVOICING

Final invoices will be issued upon the fulfillment of Clove Brand, Inc.’s performance obligation to its retail accounts.

Final invoice amounts may differ slightly from the Clove Brand, Inc. B2B website. Sales Tax will be omitted from the final invoice for sales tax exempt retail account orders. Freight costs will be added to the final invoice for applicable retail account orders.

Unit pricing and quantities will align with the amounts fulfilled from the finalized purchase orders.
